HAPPY HOLIDAYS ASPIRA
of Florida Inc. would like to take
this opportunity to wish all of our supporters, the youth we serve, their
parents, and everyone all over the world a very Merry Christmas and a
Happy New Year.
Since the September 11th tragedy, we at ASPIRA have
stepped up our efforts, more than ever, to educate youth and create
leaders for tomorrow.
And during this holiday season, we ask all of you to set an example
for our youth about the true meaning of the holidays, which is peace and
love. Rather than go into the holidays with gloom over this tragedy and its after effects, let us welcome the spirit of the holidays into our hearts like no other holiday season there has ever been, for it is needed now more than ever. As a youth leadership and education organization, we thought we would use this edition of The Aspirante to first say to you “Happy Holidays.” Second, we thank all those who have demonstrated support and love for ASPIRA this past year. And third, to inspire everyone to teach our youth to aspire for a future where all 365 days of the year are filled with the spirit of the holiday season, and not September 11th tragedies.

When
You Look Deep Within Others
can find it when you let the hate out and let the love move in. It isn’t always easy when sometimes life is cruel, But being consumed by anger and hate is a price to be paid by fools! Trouble is easy to get into and hard to get out of, Leave the vengeance to God above and purpose your steps from time to time. Follow the integrity of your heart, for the heart is genuine. Learn to appreciate the facts of life, seek justice and truth, You’ll find within the truth there lies freedom from things that held you bound. Sheridan
